I spent most of yesterday dealing with customer service across a bunch of companies. To half of the companies, i am ginny. To the other half i am still my og legal name.

wildest thing happened! half of my experiences were horrendous and i was treated as a nuisance (at best), waste of time, and ignored…… while the other half I got apologized to a bunch and a discount or refund I didn’t even ask for!
