jump to repliesTIL there is a gTLD that requires you to do KYC and ID verification before they let you use your domain, and it has offended me on a deep and primal level
You can register a domain with, like, monero. They will just revoke it without refund if you don’t send copies of your governmental id to a third party “fast enough” (the timeline is arbitrary and undefined)
Your verified identity is made mostly public so hope that’s completely safe for you to do!
