@emmy@transfem.social @gintoxicating@transister.social I quite enjoyed it, actually. But it is admittedly pretty pretty convoluted at times. It's not for everyone but we like how the series does the mystery very differently each time.

@syntaxxor @emmy i get why people like it ., i think that’s why i got so mad is it feels like i should like it and i can’t point to anything terrible or bad but the vibes felt off for me. I ended up feeling frustrated lol

@gintoxicating@transister.social @emmy@transfem.social And that's fair! It's certainly not for everyone, and there doesn't have to be some rational, critic-level reason to just not like something. Sometimes the vibes are wrong. I really appreciated its handling of cults, christianity, and the ways limited communities can harm people. But that may not resonate with most, or may come off as grating and bad to others.

@emmy the mystery just didnt interest me or make me curious… idk a lot of ppl felt it was good so maybe there was just something about it that didnt resonate with me
