nobody in my life, even life2 chronically online tgirl edition, has ever wanted emotional support from me so I’m not very good at it

This is a little untrue, I’ve been supported emotionally once in my forty years of life; my ex melissa through some of the roughest shit I’ve gone through in life. but then she said I was using her emotionally and now thinks I’m very literally trying to kill her… so I’m pretty sure I was bad at it
