i wasn’t able to fly to nyc for work meetings, so ive been waking up at 5 AM to video in

day 1 they had the room applaud our outgoing vp (2 month tenure) and when it wasn’t loud enough they had everyone stand and do it again

day 2 was not much better

kinda glad i wasn’t in the room to say anything or ask questions, they already think im too emotional and ranty

(i was direct and a strong contributor when i identified as male)
