I sign up to voluntarily help their service and they shit on me as a thank you present. I was force-opted in to unsolicited messages and they require me to log in to unsubscribe, it takes me to a fucking nightmare of a preference page with no indication about what I was reading to unsubscribe from
I should have known since their donation bullshit is just as gross and user hostile.
