I visibly carry a bright pink pepper spray and a kubaton everywhere I go.
so far people comment on it in one of three ways:
people who don't fear for their safety: "wow that's paranoid who would assault an old ugly man in a dress?"
people who do fear for their safety: "carrying it like that and the bright color is smart! at least he'll know what he's in for, right?"
people who make others fear for their safety: "do you even know how to use that little girl?"
