to submit a statement of position you provide: full name, email, phone number, city/state/zip (required). street address is requested but optional
Everyone who has submitted a position will have their data provided to all state legislators and their staff, and is also available to anyone via a simple public records request. 
(It’s great this privacy legislation is on track to pass, and this group has done a lot to help)
