I have had to meet a bunch with HR as my corporate overlords target the disabled with career-impacting harassment and literally had an hr rep do everything but directly call me an aggressive man pretending to be a woman; she then cried because of my tone and ended the conversation refusing to do her job.

What did I say? I calmly said I didn’t accept that she was “on my side” (as she literally has a job responsibility to enforce company policy not represent my best interest). So because I didn’t adore her for “being on my side” I am unappreciative and will not get help.
